We hope you love your order but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Shipping returns are costly – for you, for us and for our planet. So if you are unsure about something, please get in touch with us before you place an order so we can help you!

Please follow the instructions on the Return Card. When we receive your returns, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (cashback, store credit or a combination of both) within 14 days.


We have a 14-day Return Policy on all items you buy from us. Returned item must be in the same condition that you received them in. For items from the NEW SHOP to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.  

Cost to return

You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded by us and if your order falls below the 50€ minimum, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. This does not apply if the value of the goods you have kept exceeds the limit for our free standard shipping (e.g. 50€ within Germany or 100€ within the EU*).

If you are shipping items over 50€, we advise you to ship them with tracking to guarantee that we receive your return. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit to us.


If you pay with PayPal, you can activate “Free returns” and get a refund of shipping costs – up to 25 euros, up to twelve times a year. You can find more info here.
