We hope you love your order but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Shipping returns are costly – for you, for us and for our planet. So if you are unsure about something, please get in touch with us before you place an order so we can help you!
To arrange a return, please Contact Us with information on your return (order number, item and reason) so we can send you further instructions.
When we receive your returns, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (cashback, store credit or a combination of both) within 14 days.
We have a 14-day Return Policy on all items you buy from us. Returned item must be in the same condition that you received them in. For items from the NEW SHOP to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Cost to return
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless the items you keep are over the free shipping threshold (e.g. 50€ for DE, 100€ for the EU*).
If you are shipping items over 50€, we advise you to ship them with tracking to guarantee that we receive your return. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit to us.
FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL
If you pay with PayPal, you can activate “Free returns” and get a refund of shipping costs – up to 25 euros, up to twelve times a year. You can find more info here.
